What is IPTV in plain English?
IPTV means Internet Protocol Television: television delivered over the internet instead of satellite or terrestrial. In practice the signal comes from your router, with the quality of a streaming app, and you can go back and find what you missed. TV8Live gives you access to live channels and a VOD catalogue — which player you watch them with is your choice.
Do I need to install anything?
Only if you want to watch on a TV or a phone: you need a compatible player and your three login details. If you would rather install nothing, there is the online player, which runs directly in your browser. Our guides cover the most common players on every platform.
How do I receive my login details?
By email, right after payment. The email contains three pieces of information: the service host, your username and your password. You paste them into a compatible player and your channel list is ready. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us.
Can I use one subscription on several devices?
Yes, each plan states how many simultaneous connections are included: the monthly plan allows two, the yearly plan three. Watching on different devices at the same time within that limit is fine. Going over it can stop the stream.
Does the €1 trial renew?
No. The trial lasts 24 hours, charges nothing and never renews. If you like it and want to continue, pick a plan from the pricing page. If you do nothing after 24 hours, access simply expires.
Is it legal?
TV8Live distributes only channels and VOD content it holds transmission rights for, and operates as an identifiable company with a VAT number and a registered address.
