How automatic renewal works
The monthly, quarterly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of the period using the same payment method. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by messaging us on WhatsApp: if you cancel before expiry, the next renewal is not charged. Nothing is charged during the 24 hours; when the trial ends, €1 is charged for the first month. Full details are in the Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the chosen period unless you cancel beforehand. Your card is saved, but nothing is charged during the 24 hours. When the trial ends, €1 is charged for the first month. Full refund within 72 hours of purchase, for any reason — see the Terms and Conditions.
Refunds
You can request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, with no reason needed and no fees. We refund to the same payment method within 14 working days. If your request arrives after 72 hours you can still write to us: we look at each case.

Questions about plans and subscriptions
How much does IPTV cost?
The trial lasts 24 hours, charges nothing and does not renew. Plans start at €9.99 per month. Quarterly and yearly plans are discounted compared with paying monthly. All prices include VAT and there is no activation fee.
What happens if I do not cancel the trial?
We save your card, but nothing is charged during the 24 hours. and it never renews. If after 24 hours you want to continue, pick a plan; otherwise access simply expires and nothing is charged.
How does automatic renewal work?
The monthly, quarterly and yearly plans renew at the end of the period with the same payment method. You can cancel at any time: if you cancel before expiry, the next renewal is not charged. Cancel from your account settings or by messaging us on WhatsApp.
Can I request a refund?

How many devices can I use at the same time?
It depends on the plan: the trial allows 1, monthly and quarterly allow 2, yearly allows 3. Every device open at the same time uses one connection. Going over the limit can stop the stream on all devices at once.
Will prices change?
We do not change the price of a running subscription: a new price list applies to new purchases only, and we tell you before your next renewal. Yearly plans are the best value: 12 months of access cost about as much as 8 months of the monthly plan.
