Privacy Policy

This text follows the structure required by the GDPR but contains company placeholders. Before publishing you must replace every square-bracketed value with your real details and have a legal adviser review the documents. 1. Data controller

2. What we process and why

We do not collect special-category data under Art. 9 GDPR, we do not request identity documents, and we do not process data relating to children without the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Legal bases in summary
- Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — for everything needed to deliver the service you bought: account, credentials, support, renewal.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — for invoicing, accounting records and tax compliance.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for service security, abuse prevention and technical diagnostics.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — only for analytics cookies, which are not activated without your consent.
4. Cookies
This site uses two categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies — to handle your “necessary only” choice and to make the page work. No consent required and they cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies (optional) — active only if you consent through the banner. They let us understand in aggregate which pages work and which do not.
You can change your mind and withdraw consent at any time. The procedure is set out in detail in the Cookie Policy.
5. Who we share data with
We share your data only with parties who help us deliver the service, and only as far as necessary:
- Telegram — if you order with the form, your details (plan, name, email and WhatsApp number) are sent to TV8Live's servers, which forward them to the TV8Live bot on Telegram. If the direct send is unavailable, the form offers to hand you over to Telegram with the message already filled in. Data is processed outside the European Economic Area under Telegram's privacy policy.
- Payment providers — to process payments. Card data is handled directly by the provider and never passes through our servers.
- Technology suppliers (hosting, email, CDN) — under data processing agreements and with appropriate contractual safeguards.
- Advisers and accountants — for tax compliance.
- Competent authorities — only where the law requires it.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party marketing.
6.Transfers outside the EEA
The Provider may use technology suppliers located outside the European Economic Area. In that case transfers are governed by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another mechanism under Art. 44 et seq. of the GDPR, and suppliers are selected among those offering adequate guarantees.
7. Retention

8. Your rights
You can ask us, free of charge and at any time, to:
- Access the data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Erase and restrict processing (Arts. 17 and 18)
- Port your data in a readable format (Art. 20)
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
- Withdraw consent at any time, with future effect (Art. 7(3))
To exercise your rights write to info@tv8live.com. We respond within 30 days. If you believe processing infringes the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
9. Changes
This notice may be updated. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the document and any material change will be communicated to you by email.
